This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using Smasher Trade, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect Depending on how you use Smasher Trade, we may collect the following categories of information. Account Information When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as: Name Email address Username or account identifier Authentication information Subscription status Account preferences Other information you voluntarily provide Passwords, where applicable, are stored using appropriate security measures and are not intended to be stored in readable plain-text form. Device and Technical Information We may automatically receive certain technical information, including: Device type Operating system and version Application version Device or application identifiers IP address Crash and diagnostic information General application usage information This information may be used to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. Push Notification Information If you enable push notifications, Smasher Trade may obtain a device push-notification token, including a Firebase Cloud Messaging ("FCM") registration token or equivalent identifier. We use these identifiers to deliver notifications such as fixture updates, trading-related alerts, account notifications, subscription-related information, and other Service communications. You can disable push notifications through your device settings. Subscription and Purchase Information Smasher Trade may offer paid subscriptions, token/credit purchases, or other in-app purchases. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable platform and its payment systems. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card information when purchases are processed by these platforms. We may receive information necessary to manage purchases and entitlements, such as: Product purchased Subscription status Purchase or transaction identifiers Renewal status Expiration information Entitlement information We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, including RevenueCat, to verify and manage subscriptions and purchases. 2. Football and Trading Information Smasher Trade provides football-related statistics, analysis, educational material, trading information, AI-generated information, alerts, and other content. Information concerning how you interact with these features may be processed to provide and improve the Service. Smasher Trade does not require users to provide us with gambling-account credentials in order to use the standard features of the Service. 3. AI Features Smasher Trade may provide artificial-intelligence-powered features, including an AI chat assistant. When you use an AI feature, information you submit to the feature may be processed to generate a response. This may include: Questions and prompts Conversation content Relevant football or fixture information Technical information necessary to operate the feature We may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to process requests. You should not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through AI chat features. AI-generated information may contain errors and should not be treated as guaranteed, financial, gambling, or professional advice. 4. How We Use Information We may use collected information to: Create and maintain user accounts Authenticate users Provide football statistics and trading-related features Provide AI-powered features Manage subscriptions and purchases Manage token or credit balances Deliver push notifications Provide customer support Diagnose crashes and technical problems Maintain and improve application performance Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access Protect users and the Service Enforce our Terms and Conditions Comply with applicable legal obligations We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand and improve how Smasher Trade is used. 5. Third-Party Service Providers We may use third-party providers to operate portions of Smasher Trade. These may include services for: Cloud infrastructure and hosting Database services Authentication Push notifications Subscription and purchase management Artificial intelligence Analytics Crash reporting Email or other communications For example, Smasher Trade may use Firebase services for functionality such as push notifications and RevenueCat for subscription and in-app purchase management. These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their respective terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information simply for monetary payment. 6. Account and Data Deletion You may request deletion of your Smasher Trade account and associated personal information. Where available, you may initiate account deletion directly through the application. You may also contact us using the contact information provided below or through our designated account-deletion webpage. After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Deleting your Smasher Trade account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions should also be managed through the store account through which they were purchased. 10. Your Choices and Rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include rights to: Request access to personal information Request correction of inaccurate information Request deletion Withdraw certain consent Object to or restrict certain processing Request information concerning how your data is processed These rights may be subject to exceptions under applicable law. You can disable these notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications does not necessarily disable important communications delivered through other available channels where such communications are required for account, security, or transactional purposes. 12. Children's Privacy Smasher Trade is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction. Where our Service involves trading or other age-restricted activities, users must also satisfy any applicable age requirements. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. 13. International Data Processing Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
