Last Updated: August 20, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smasher Trade mobile application, website, content, subscriptions, artificial intelligence features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Smasher Trade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. 1. About Smasher Trade Smasher Trade provides football-related information and features that may include: Football fixtures Statistics Trading information Trading strategies Educational content Premium trade information AI-powered analysis and chat Notifications and alerts Courses or educational resources Other football-related tools Features may vary depending on your subscription, location, application version, and availability. 2. Informational and Educational Purposes Content provided by Smasher Trade is intended primarily for informational and educational purposes. Nothing provided through Smasher Trade constitutes a guarantee of financial return, profit, successful trade, betting result, or sporting outcome. Football and financial markets are inherently uncertain. Past results do not guarantee future performance. 3. No Guaranteed Results Smasher Trade does not guarantee: Winning trades Profits Specific financial returns Accuracy of predictions Accuracy of AI-generated information Accuracy or uninterrupted availability of live data Particular football outcomes That any strategy will perform in the future as it has historically You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act upon information available through Smasher Trade. 4. Risk Warning Trading and betting-related activities can involve substantial financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you choose to risk. Never use money you cannot afford to lose. Smasher Trade does not control third-party betting exchanges, bookmakers, trading platforms, financial institutions, or sporting events. You are responsible for understanding the risks and laws applicable to your activities. 5. Gambling and Local Laws Smasher Trade does not guarantee that betting, sports trading, or related activities are lawful in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any information provided through the Service and any related activities are lawful where you live or access the Service. You must comply with applicable laws and age restrictions. Smasher Trade does not accept wagers or bets through the Service unless a feature is expressly described otherwise and lawfully offered. 6. User Accounts Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You may not: Share credentials in a manner that violates your subscription Sell or transfer your account without authorization Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account Circumvent subscription restrictions Exploit application vulnerabilities Manipulate token or credit balances Interfere with the operation or security of the Service We may restrict or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service is being abused. 7. Subscriptions Smasher Trade may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions may provide access to features such as: Premium trading information Premium statistics AI features Additional fixtures or content Courses Other premium functionality The exact features and prices applicable to a subscription will be displayed before purchase. Features may evolve over time, subject to applicable law and platform requirements. 8. Billing and Automatic Renewal Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed through the respective platform. Where a subscription automatically renews, it will continue according to the billing period and terms shown at the time of purchase unless cancelled before renewal in accordance with the applicable store's rules. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through the account or platform used to purchase them. Deleting Smasher Trade from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. 9. Cancellation and Refunds Subscriptions may be cancelled through the platform through which they were purchased. For purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refund eligibility and processing may be governed by the applicable store's policies and applicable law. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for an already-paid subscription period. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Tokens, Credits, and AI Usage Smasher Trade may offer virtual tokens, credits, or similar units that can be used to access certain features, including AI functionality. Unless explicitly stated otherwise: Tokens have no cash value Tokens are not legal tender Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash Tokens cannot be transferred between users without authorization Tokens may only be used within Smasher Trade for eligible features The number of tokens required for a feature may vary. Purchased tokens and promotional/free tokens may be subject to different conditions, which will be disclosed where applicable. Any refund rights required by applicable law or app-store rules remain unaffected. 11. AI Chat and AI-Generated Content Smasher Trade may provide artificial-intelligence-powered features. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. AI-generated content must not be considered guaranteed trading advice, financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee concerning any sporting outcome. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before acting upon it. 12. Football Data Fixture information, statistics, scores, odds, historical information, and other football data may originate from third-party data providers. Although we aim to provide useful information, data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Smasher Trade does not guarantee the accuracy or real-time availability of third-party sports information. 13. Notifications Smasher Trade may send notifications concerning: Fixtures Trading opportunities or information Premium content Subscription information Account information Product updates Delivery is not guaranteed. Notifications may be delayed or prevented by device settings, network conditions, Firebase/notification infrastructure, operating-system restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control. You should not rely exclusively on push notifications when making time-sensitive decisions. 14. Acceptable Use You must not: Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it Attempt unauthorized access to our systems Circumvent subscriptions or paywalls Manipulate purchases, tokens, credits, or entitlements Scrape or automatically extract substantial amounts of content without permission Redistribute premium content without authorization Use the Service to commit fraud Introduce malicious software Attack or interfere with our infrastructure Use another person's account without authorization 15. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, the Smasher Trade software, branding, design, original content, graphics, course material, trading methodologies, and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to Smasher Trade. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of Smasher Trade content or intellectual property to you. 16. Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of: Violation of these Terms Fraud Payment abuse Security threats Unauthorized redistribution Misuse of the Service Legal or regulatory requirements Users may stop using Smasher Trade and may request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy. 17. Service Availability We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party providers, network problems, sporting-data providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 18. Third-Party Services Smasher Trade may rely on or integrate with third-party services. Your interaction with independent third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation of services that we do not own or control, except to the extent required by applicable law. 19. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smasher Trade and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance upon information, predictions, statistics, AI-generated content, trading information, Service interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. 20. Changes to the Service We may modify, add, replace, or discontinue features of Smasher Trade as the Service evolves. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid services or users' rights. 21. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will display a revised "Last Updated" date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request acceptance before materially revised Terms become effective. 22. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to users in other jurisdictions. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law. 23.
